It’s OK to treat yourself on Valentine’s Day: about 15% of American women will send themselves flowers on February 14th. Men like to receive Valentine’s flowers too.


The American Society of Florists reveals that 46% of women surveyed purchased Valentine’s flowers for their spouse.


The National Retail Federation estimates the average last minute shopper will spend about $100 on a Valentine’s flower purchase.
